Return & Refund Policy
As an OC Stone Decor customer, if you decide not to keep your order, you can ship it back to us. Products purchased from Wall Theory may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Items exempt from being returned are final sales, some sale items, and samples. Any shipping and brokerage charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
Returns must be pre-authorized. If you would like to request a Return, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org A customer service agent will help you with you return.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot guarantee shipping times as we use 3rd party couriers. If you would like to cancel and return your order because of shipping delays, you will still be charged for any shipping and brokerage charges associated with the order and the return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to organize and pay for the return of the product to our warehouse. We recommend that returns are shipped via a trackable method. It is also the customer’s responsibility to track their order as Wall Theory is not responsible for the returned product until it has arrived in our warehouse and we have cleared it for damage. Any brokerage charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued after the product has arrived in our warehouse and has been inspected for damage. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer as soon as the refund has been issued.
In the case that returned product is damaged, a photo and damage report will be emailed to the customer. No refunds will be issued for damaged product.
If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery to your front door, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not sign for damaged product. Once signed for, the product is your property and Wall Theory is no longer responsible for it. If damage is found, a claim must be filed immediately. To file a claim, contact us at email@example.com Claims received after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
All canceled orders will be refunded within 30 days of the order being canceled. This pertains to all orders, whether they have or have not shipped yet. If a credit card was used, there may be associated credit card processing fees, but that will only be with the customer’s credit card company or bank. If your canceled order has already shipped, there will be associated shipping and brokerage charges.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days there may be a delay. First check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
